Our
Experience:
At Vision we close
an average
of one contract per day, so we
understand the Avaya maintenance processes. All contracts are written
on
Avaya
channel service agreements (CSA). The
Vision sales team is made up of many representatives with previous
Avaya work
experience. This includes direct
services sales, deal structuring, and the Oklahoma City Care Center. As such, Vision has the capacity to work with
some of Avaya's largest customers.
Our Priorities:
Our first
priority is to ensure that the customer’s
experience with Avaya is a great one. We cannot ensure that without the
involvement of the Avaya direct team which is why we
strive to be an extension of the
Avaya
team. From setting the strategy
to contract signature, Vision
works at the direction of the Avaya account team. We will handle the
painstaking detail work so that you can focus on
selling.
