Client Service Manager
The Client Service Manager (CSM) was
previously referred to as a National Services Manager (NASM). This
offer
allows customers to purchase increasing levels of service support to
further enhance the value of their Avaya Maintenance Agreement.
A CSM addresses all customer service
challenges and needs for all of the customers locations across the
globe. The CSM provides various levels of consultation, monthly status
reporting, escalation and resolution. A CSM acts as a strong customer
advocate and becomes a functional member of your company’s IT &
Telecommunications Team.
